Exhibiting the Old Grist Mill in Martintown, Ontario This Summer

Old Mill in Fall acrylic
Acrylic Painting

Upcoming Art Exhibit – Aug. 4, 2019

Once again, I have the privilege of exhibiting with other artists at the Old Grist Mill in Martintown, Ontario (about 12 miles out of Cornwall).  Again, the date is Sunday, August 4, 2019, the weekend of the Highland Games in neighboring Maxville.  The Old Grist Mill is maintained by and booked through a wonderful group of volunteers.  They have made the mill into a show piece for local artists and spots get booked quickly for every weekend during the summer months.

Each spot has lattice walls where art can be hung with u-hooks making set up and tear down quick and efficient.  There are no walls to repair afterwards and no real work to hang the art.  It’s an amazing space.  This year I’m bringing quite a few local charcoal sketches as well as a few landscapes in acrylic.  Mark your calendars and do stop in!

Below is an image from last year showing the lattice wall:

Here are a few of the sketches I’ll be bringing:
